Blahhhh!!!!

Today not the best day.

I first woke up 8:30am when I wanted to wake up at 8am. Ever have one of those times when you say "I will just sleep for another 5 minutes" and it turns out to be 30 minutes? That is what happened today.

I finally got to the gym and went on the treadmill. I was doing fine for the first .5 of a mile. Then I felt like I hit a wall. Everything started to cramp up; my calves, stomach, chest and I was having the worst shin splints. Worst of all, I was feeling light-headed. I got to 1.5 miles and I stopped myself. I had to; there was something not right with my body. And I am not sure why or how I got this way. Maybe it was because I woke up later and messed up my schedule? Or was it something I ate or drank beforehand (or not ate or drank)? I am still trying to find that out.

I am going to try again tomorrow and hopefully I can get back on track. I also went to my fencing class today and I felt fine.

I am hoping and guessing that it wasn't anything serious. I am going to try to do everything to avoid getting "sick" like that again. I will give an update soon on how the rest of the training is going.
