!11 days until the 5K!!!!!!
What a week it has been! I ran 3.1 miles on Monday. On Wednesday, I reached a milestone in which I ran 4 miles straight through! It took about 44 minutes to reach the 4 miles. I actually wasn't planning on running the 4 miles though. That morning, I had a physiology test so I had some adrenaline left. Originally, I was going to do 3.1 miles. I reached the 3.1 mile mark and I felt like I could run further. I ran to 3.5 miles and I still felt like I could go farther. I reached 4 miles and my legs felt like jello. I stopped after this because I didn't want to injure myself. On Friday, I was back at 3.1 miles.
I took the weekend off (bad I know). And I suffered yesterday. I ran 3.1 miles and it felt harder than normal. My legs felt so heavy afterwards. I am actually planning to run on a "trail" tomorrow if it doesn't rain hard. The trail is pavement that goes through some wooded areas. I am planning to do 3.1 but I would love to do more.
