Here is the story. I was running on the treadmill yesterday morning and was planning to run 2.5 miles. I was going along smoothly and I reach the 2.5 mile mark and felt great. So I decided to keep on going and I stopped at 3.1 miles! I was very tired (and extra sweaty) afterwords but it was worth it.
Today was my off day. And of course my off day would be when it was 65 degrees outside. But I am going to go running on the treadmill tomorrow morning. I have one class left and then it is Spring Break!!
I don't have a lot of plans for break. I have to study for a couple of tests that I have the week after break. I am going to Montauk with my Dad to watch the sunrise and hike around the beach and trails. I have been doing this with my Dad since I was 10 so it is a tradition for us. This may be my last year of doing this since I will be going to Michigan for grad school (most likely be going to Michigan) and I may not be home for a while.

I also plan to run outside during break. We don't have a treadmill and I don't have a gym membership. But I want to get used to running on pavement. I hope to run the 3.1 miles during this time. I would like to run more if it is possible.
