I woke up this morning and my legs were killing me!! I decided to do some workouts instead of running. I downloaded an app for my phone that has some training workouts and routines on it. Some of the exercises included swats, lunges, planks, push-ups, and supermans. I did this for about 30 minutes for my workout today.
I am going to take a "day off " tomorrow. I got a big interview at a graduate school that I applied to. I will probably be walking around a lot through Brooklyn (in heels!). So I guess you can consider that a workout.
I also have another interview on Saturday in the morning. I will be driving back to school afterwords. I will most likely be going some sort of activity (running, gym, or hiking) when I get back.
