Today was AWESOME!!! It started out bad though since it was raining in the morning (and I having my 7:30am class doesn't help). But it was sunny by 9am and the high temperature today was 60 DEGREES!!! On the first of February! So, my suite-mate and I had to go outside. We hiked to the top of the mountain next to our school (Quinnipiac University). It was great; not to warm or cold, as well as a great workout. Here are a few pictures:

Afterwords, I went ice skating. Our school holds a free open skate at our hockey arena to students and faculty for an hour on Wednesdays or Tuesdays. My legs were so tired! But it was fun regardless. It was hard to track how much ice skating I did. I tried using the map my run app but the GPS didn't work indoors. I tried using a pedometer but it sometimes worked and other times it didn't. I just guessed and said that I did about 60-70 laps around the rink. But it was a great workout regardless.
I am going to take a day off tomorrow. I am leaving for Portland, Maine for an interview for graduate school. I will not have time to do anything between classes and driving the 4+ hours to Maine. I am hoping to get to the hotel gym or do some exercises (that are on my iPhone) on Friday before my interview.
Now it is time to go to bed and relax my legs. Got a long day tomorrow!
Thanks for reading!
