I woke up this morning with a really stuffy nose. I was not able to breathe well so I decided to skip today. I want to make sure that I have the best and fastest recovery from this cold. I don't want to push my body too hard and make it harder for my body to recover. I also have 2 interviews for graduate school this week and I want to be healthy for those.
I will try to go running on the treadmill tomorrow morning. It will all depend on how I feel. I will keep you all updated.
