I love active days!!!

Today was a great day!

I was able to sleep in till 8:30am today (that is late for me since I usually get up at 6:30am or 7:30am). I went to class and relaxed after that for a little while. I then went to my fencing class! So much fun! We are learning all of the positions and learning the more complex stuff. We haven't started "fighting" yet but it is actually very demanding on the legs. We have to be in the un-guard position in which we have to have our knees bent, sword up, and back straight.  And then we have to lunge and hold it for a while. It hurts so much!!! But it feels great!!
After fencing class, I went to our school's area and went ice skating for about an hour. I did about 45 laps (yes I counted!). Some were slow while some were fast. It was good to keep the legs fresh and moving.

Tomorrow, I have my early 7:30am class (booooooo!!). But I will be going on the treadmill for probably a 1.5 mile run afterwards. I think that I am starting to get better and better at this (and getting more motivated) each week. But I am open for any suggestions/tips/advice on anything that has to do with running (since I am new at this). Any advice is appreciated! =)
